This application is filed for modification of the order dated 10.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47056 of 2016. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to unforeseen circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender within the aforementioned time fixed in the order.

Considering the submission made by the petitioner, let the time fixed in the order dated 10.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47056 of 2016 be extended by a further period of four weeks from today. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not surrender within the aforesaid period of four weeks from today, the order dated 10.11.2016 shall stand vacated automatically.
