JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities specially the respondent no.2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 07.11.2019 filed by the petitioner before Respondent no.1 which has been forwarded to Respondent no.2 for consideration but same is still pending for disposal.

(ii). For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to consider the health condition of the petitioner and provide an opportunity to the petitioner for giving his joining for the post of Amin at Nokha."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5884 of 2022(2) dt.29-11-2023 2/2 petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
