Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are parents-in-law of the deceased. Marriage of the deceased had taken place three years ago but it is alleged that she was subjected to cruelty and torture due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand and subsequently, she was burnt to death. Admittedly, dead body of deceased was not recovered rather prior to institution of the case, her dead body was disposed of. Investigation against the petitioners has already been completed. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial
