JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 08.11.2021 passed by the District Arms Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif, whereby and whereunder the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license has been rejected, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same in accordance with law, without it being impeded by the issue of limitation and shall
