The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No.330 of 2011 dated 12.06.2011 for the offences punishable under Section 302, 201, 120B and 328, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the
