2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Awtar Nagar P.S. Case No. 292 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 109, 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have fired upon the prosecution side.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2025 and it has been submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that though the allegation against the petitioner side is of firing upon the victim but the injury sustained by the victim is said to have been caused by hard and blunt substances. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21899 of 2026(2) dt.08-04-2026 2/2 further submits that the petitioner side has also sustained injuries and there is case and counter case also.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 292 of 2025.

7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
