2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Biharsharif P. S. Case No. 315 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-B)a, 26 of Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, on a secret information, a raid was conducted in the house of co-accused Md. Akhlakur Rahman, wherein, huge quantity of arms and ammunition were recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during investigation in confessional statement of co-accused Md.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20474 of 2026(3) dt.17-07-2026 2/2 Akhlakur Rahman. No arms and ammunition has been recovered from possession of petitioner and he is in custody since 20.12.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.
5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif in connection with Biharsharif P. S. Case No. 315 of 2025.
