The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 580 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 504, 506, 307, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
From the written report, it appears that there is specific allegation against Rajesh Sharma of giving fire arm injury with country made pistol on the temple of the nephew of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6065 of 2017 (2) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 informant on account of which he fell down. It is alleged that these petitioners also came and gave threat.
In this manner, from the written report itself, there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 580 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
