The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 37 of 2019 arising out of Terragachh P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a), 41(1) 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 13 liters of Nepali country liquor from a jute bag belonging to the petitioner herein.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 27.1.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
