This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Murliganj P.S. Case No.15 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 364-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The son of the informant namely, Ashish Kumar was kidnapped by four unknown persons and Rs.50,00,000/- ransom was demanded on mobile phone. The petitioner has been found to be involved in the kidnapping of the son of the informant. He is in custody since 21.01.2024. 4.
From the tower location of the mobile phone of the petitioner and also the other materials, it has come that the petitioner is involved in kidnapping of the son of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.

The Superintendent of Police, Madhepura is directed to produce the witnesses regularly in the trial so that the trial may be concluded at the earliest.
