ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 2.4.2013 passed by Sri Saroj Kumar Srivastava, Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur, in Maintenance Case No. 32 of 2007 by which he has directed the Petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.6,000/- per month as maintenance to the Opposite Party No. 1. There is no dispute that the Petitioner is disabled and is in a position to only pay a sum of Rs.1,700/- to the Opposite Party No. 2.

In view of such, the order dated 2.4.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur, in Maintenance Case No.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.605 of 2013 dt.31-03-2015 2/2 directing the Petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.6,000/- per month to the opposite Party No. 1 is hereby set aside.

From now on, the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,700/- per month as also the amount of Rs.6,000/- is modified to the extent of Rs.3,000/- per month from the date of application. The application stands disposed off.
