ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-06-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 22.2.2003 passed by the 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in Sessions Trial No.620 of 1993, by which he has refused the Petitioner to declare a juvenile on the basis of the medical report. Having gone through the impugned order, I find no justification for interference. The application is dismissed. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason he shall take stringent steps for ensuring framing of charge if the same has not been done as yet. He shall also send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witness for their examination
