Petitioner seeks bail in Mahua P.S. Case No.199 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 511, 414, and 420/34 Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that petitioner was apprehended merely on suspicion.

It is alleged in the written report three persons were found fighting. It is also alleged that one master key was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It is mentioned in para 3 of the bail petition that petitioner has clean antecedents.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67231 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.199 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
