The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That present application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions, order or orders commanding the competent respondent to pass the Travelling Allowance Bill as well as Bill of fare of the truck, after setting aside the letter dated 11.2.2013 of respondent no.4 and give direction to make payment of the amount so claimed by the petitioner."

The learned counsel for the respondent- Food

Patna High Court CWJC No.22027 of 2014(2) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 Corporation of India submits that the outstanding travelling allowance has already been paid to the petitioner. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievance, if any, before the respondent-authorities. Liberty so sought is granted.
