JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Neither petitioner is named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession. The impugned order goes to show that except confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 10.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65960 of 2018(2) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 358 of 2018.
