Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be seeking remedy before the Authorities in respect of the letter dated 07.07.2015 bearing memo no.16 issued by the Deputy Development Commissioner, Munger. It is submitted that he would be persuading the Authorities that he is not under an obligation to return the amounts claimed by the said letter, as the grant was due and in accordance with law.
