JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and other F.I.R named accused are said to have assaulted the informant and others but injury reports of injured persons go to show that all the injured persons sustained simple injuries. Moreover, one co-accused Kesho Manjhi, having similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Piar P.S.Case No. 61 of 2010.
