The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2012 (S.T. No. 372 of 2019) for the offence under Sections 302, 324, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 06.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82614 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 12.07.2019 i.e. more than two years and there is no substantial progress in the trial. On the ground of custody itself, the petitioner has

A report was called for and the same has been received. From perusal of the same, it appears the case is fixed for prosecution evidence.
