The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the FIR, petitioner caused firearm injury to the son of informant.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Counsel for the State however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and gravity of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21660 of 2022(2) dt.05-09-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
