Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 02.06.2020 the impugned order was stayed by this Court and, thereafter, the respondent authorities withdrew the entire tender. Therefore, this writ application is infructuous now.
Patna High Court CWJC No.6144 of 2020(5) dt.28-01-2021 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submission, this writ application stands disposed of. There is no reason that any amount of the petitioner deposited as surety or for whatever along with the tender papers would not be refunded to the petitioner after cancellation of the tender.
