It has been submitted by way of counter affidavit that the departmental proceeding, which has been initiated against the petitioner, has already been concluded and final order, imposing punishment on the petitioner delinquent, has been passed vide order, dated 17.03.2012, by the District Magistrate, Buxar. This writ petition, whereby the order contained in Memo No. 016415, dated 24.08.2009, placing the petitioner under suspension, was challenged, has become infructuous and shall accordingly be disposed of.
