The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner was remanded in this case on disclosure of co-accused Rahul Ray. Petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2019, however, he has not been put on TIP as yet. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Riga P.S. Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22573 of 2019(2) dt.09-04-2019 2/2 No.259 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
