Therefore, instant appeal has become infructuous and accordingly, seeks withdrawal, allowed.

After some argument, learned counsel for the appellants is permitted to withdraw the instant appeal relating to remaining appellants to take regular bail and during course of appreciation of the same, the learned lower Court will see that the civil nature of dispute is prevailing amongst the parties, without being influenced by the instant order on the same day.
