No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report with allegation that he embezelled near about 4,50,000/- but admittedly, nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner and prior to institution of the present case, the petitioner had given information to the informant regarding loot of the aforesaid money. Moreover, the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Taking note of the aforesaid facts that except suspicion, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
