Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be pursuing his representation dated 07.03.2020 (Annexure-5 to the writ petition).

Learned Counsel for the Mining Department, on the other hand, submits that on 14.01.2019, the petitioner's claim in respect of the mining rights had ceased by issuance of letter dated 14.01.2019 bearing No. 14 issued by Respondent nos. 5 and 6. The petitioner has no valid and subsisting right today, which would necessitate any consideration whatsoever. In view of the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, no adjudication is called for and there is no occasion for this Court to issue any direction.

The writ petition, therefore, is dismissed.
