Having regard to the fact that during the pendency of this writ application the order for transfer of Technically Support Centre has been issued in favour of Medicinal and Aromatic Plant
Patna High Court CWJC No.5332 of 2009 (3) dt.23-01-2015 Growers Association of Bihar, Patna and that such order has not been assailed in this writ application even after filing of the counter affidavit, this writ application has now become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
Dismissal of this application, however, will not come in the way of the petitioner in taking appropriate steps for protection of his own interest.
