2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354B, 354D, 376, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 66E, 67, 67A of the Information Technology Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner with the help of his sister called the daughter of the informant and thereafter this petitioner raped her and made videos. It is further alleged that when informant went to Bodh Gaya for engagement of his daughter, this petitioner sent obscene messages and videos of his daughter on mobile phone of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Actually there

No.26308 of 2024(6) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 was love affair between the petitioner and daughter of the informant and out of love, this petitioner. on several occasions, transferred money to the informant and when the petitioner demanded his money back, informant lodged this false and concocted case against him.
5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific allegation that this petitioner committed rape with daughter of informant and thereafter sent her nude photographs to informant.
