The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioners is that they assaulted to the informant, Sonu Kumar.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the injury sustained by Sonu Kumar/informant has been found to be simple in nature. There

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22049 of 2022(2) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries, as alleged, in separate occurrence. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-I, Jamui in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 91 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
