The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Masharakh P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014 registered under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are sister-in-law, brother-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. The informant made allegation that his daughter Ranju Kumar was married to Nagendra Kumar in the year 2013 and the accused persons killed his daughter due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It is submitted that the husband of the deceased was acquitted vide order passed in sessions Trial No. 475 of 2014. Considering the fact that the petitioners are in-

No.49170 of 2014 (2) dt.02-04-2015 2/2 laws of the deceased, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
