2. The petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2016 in connection with Complaint Case No. C-60 (7) of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 47(a) and 47 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 3 litres of illegal Chulai wine kept in the plastic container of 5 litres capacity and total 40 litres Gur kept in four 10 litres capacity of soil made pot under earth using for preparation of wine recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged and recovery of quantity of 3 litres illegal Chulai and 40 litres of Gur, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
