JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 18.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4700 of 2020 for extension of period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner nos. 1 and 2 were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 18.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4700 of 2020, whereby petitioners were directed to surrender before the court below within a period of one month from the date of order, but the petitioners could not surrender within time due to Corona pandemic and lockdown.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27492 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2023 2/2 In view of the aforesaid fact, eight weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioners to surrender in the court below.
