JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to set aside the order of removal from service dated 9.12.2022 (Annexure P-4) passed by S.P., Nalanda and for grant of all consequential benefits."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the Respondent No. 3, i.e. the Inspector General of Police, Central Range, Patna, to dispose off the appeal, filed by the petitioner on 2.3.2023 and 6.1.2024,

Patna High Court CWJC No.5395 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 respectively.

The learned counsel for the Respondent-State submits that in case, the appeal, filed by the petitioner, is still pending consideration, the same would definitely be disposed off, within a stipulated time frame, as is fixed by this Court. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Respondent No. 3 to dispose off the aforesaid appeal, filed by the petitioner, in case the same is still pending, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt / production of copy of this order.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
