In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Buxar (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 376, 506, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and POSCO Case No. 69 of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 4 of the POSCO Act.

The petitioners are the parents of Ashraf Rain, who is alleged to have given a call to the daughter of the informant, whereupon she left the house and whereafter Ashraf Rain taken her to Dumraon Railway Station, from where she fled way and

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Ashraf Rain is in custody.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are the parents of Ashraf Rain, let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J. 1st -cum- Special Judge, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Mahila) P.S. Case No.91 of 2018 and POSCO Case No. 69 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
