Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

The petitioner lives separately from the husband of the deceased and he has no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 582 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
