11-08-2016 Heard Sri Abhinav Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 3 as well as Sri Kinkar Kumar, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of respondent/Veer Kunwar Singh University.
At the very outset, Sri Kinkar Kumar, learned counsel for the University, by way of placing a web-copy of order dated 16-10-2015 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 7221 of 2012, submits that the petitioner may not get any relief, since the issue has already been settled by the Division Bench. The submission made by learned counsel for the University was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Patna High Court CWJC No.13044 of 2011 (7) dt.11-08-2016 2/2 Accordingly, there is no need to pass any favourable order.
