1. This revision application has been filed against the judgment dated 22.01.2013 passed by the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, V, Aurangabad, by which he has modified the conviction of the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 in Cr. Appeal No.19 of 2006/19-A of 2006 and released them under the Probation of Offenders Act.

2. I see no reason to interfere in the matter.

3. The application is dismissed.
