ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Muffasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No.667 of 2018 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 337, 353, 338 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations against the present petitioner are general and omnibus in nature and other similarly co-accused persons have since been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr.Misc. No.28543 of 2019 vide order dated 03.05.2019 and also in Cr.Misc. No.32191 of 2019, vide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19244 of 2019(4) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 order dated 15.05.2019.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the case of the petitioner also stands on similar footing, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Muffasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No.667 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
