The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 19.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32537 of 2020, so far as the name of the father of petitioner and his village is concerned.

Inadvertently, the wrong parentage as well as address of petitioner was provided in the bail petition. The petitioner is the son of "Sakal Deo Mandal" and his village is "Saidpur", but because of the wrong

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27489 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 entry in the bail petition, in the order dated 19.02.2021 also wrong name of the father of the petitioner as well as his address has been entered.

Precisely for this reason, the petitioner could not surrender before the court below to take advantage of the order.

The order dated 19.02.2021 is modified to the extent that the name of the father of the petitioner and his village be read as "Sakal Deo Mandal" and "Saidpur" respectively.

The order dated 19.02.2021 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
