JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.9.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26621 of 2014 by which petitioner no. 2 Firoz was granted anticipatory bail in case of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks. It is submitted that the petitioner could not surrender in the Court due to communal riot which was spread in Kishanganj town and Section 144 was promulgated in the city. Considering the facts and circumstances, the period of surrender is extended by 31st January 2015.
