2. Learned counsel for the opposite parties on instruction submitted that petitioner has approached the wrong authority, namely, District Co-operative Officer instead of Registrar Co-operative Society under Section 48 of Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935.

3. It is reliably learnt that District Co-operative Officer is stated to have informed the petitioners to present the petition before the Registrar Co-operative Society. Therefore, the present petition stands disposed of in the following manner:- "The petitioners are permitted to place his petition before the Registrar Co-operative Society within a period of two weeks from today. Thereafter, Registrar shall decide the petitioners' petition within a period of four weeks' from the date of receipt of such petition."

4. With the above observation, the present MJC No. 846 of 2023 stands disposed of.
