ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-04-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 28.2.2013, by which Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge V, Muzaffarpur in Criminal Revision No.84 of 2004 has set aside the order dated 15.3.2004, by which the Executive Magistrate, Muzaffarpur (West) has initiated a proceeding under Section 144 Cr.P.C. in Case No. M170 of 1989 (Trial No.53 of 2004). Considering that initial proceeding was of the year 1989 i.e. 27 years ago, I find no justification for interference in the matter. Hence, the application is dismissed.
