The petitioner has renewed her prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail application was disposed of vide order dated 28.01.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28814 of 2012 on the ground that in 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim has named the petitioner, but considering the retracted version of the victim and the thrust of accusation against Dhirendra Kumar, the learned court below was directed to consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

No.47900 of 2014 (02) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that others have been granted either anticipatory bail, regular bail or in exercise of revisional jurisdiction. Considering the above facts, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Saharsa (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 60 of 2012 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
