The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 34(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2016.
Petitioners are in custody since 10.02.2019. They have got no criminal antecedent. 30, 35 and 40 litres of liquor respectively were recovered from the house of each of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of three
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20822 of 2019(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No.6 of 2019 with following conditions :
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below.
(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation / trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners. (Birendra Kumar, J) sanjeev/- U T
