The present writ application has been filed for the purpose of proper investigation in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019 dated 04.04.2019 lodged under Section 365 of the I.P.C.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the wife of victim who is traceless from his service for which the F.I.R. was lodged. According to her, there is no proper progress in the investigation, therefore, a direction is hereby given that she shall represent before the Superintendent of Police, Jamui in

Patna High Court CR. WJC No. 708 of 2023(2) dt.05-05-2023 2/2 the light of order passed in Surendra Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. in Cr. WJC. No. 153 of 2017 and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022.

In this view of the matter, the present criminal writ petition is disposed off with direction to the petitioner to file representation before the Superintendent of Police, Jamui in the light of the order passed in Surendra Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. in Cr. WJC. No. 153 of 2017 with analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022 within four weeks' from today and the Superintendent of Police, Jamui shall consider the representation and take appropriate action.
