That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to set aside the order of commandant, BSAP-4, Dumraon, Buxar dated 16.06.2023 (Annexure-P/9) by which the petitioner has been dismissed from service and order of D.I.G. of Police, BSAP, Central Zone, Patna dated 12.10.2023 (AnnexureP/10) by which appeal of the petitioner has been rejected and for grant of all consequential benefits."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the Respondent No. 2, i.e. the Director General

Patna High Court CWJC No.5396 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 of Police, Bihar, Patna, to dispose off the memorial, filed by the petitioner on 1.2.2024.

The learned counsel for the Respondent-State submits that in case, the memorial, filed by the petitioner, is still pending consideration, the same would definitely be disposed off, within a stipulated time frame, as is fixed by this Court. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Respondent No. 2 to dispose off the aforesaid memorial, filed by the petitioner, in case the same is still pending, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt / production of copy of this order. 5.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
