The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Barauni P.S. Case No. 224 of 2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

The informant made allegation that all the accused persons assaulted him. Ashok Singh fired and when his daughter came to save him petitioner no.1 assaulted him with sharp weapon which hit on the elbow. The other accused assaulted him with iron rod.

It is submitted that there is a case and counter case. The occurrence took place due to land dispute. Rajeev Kumar got one lacerated wound on right arm. The injuries are

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49169 of 2014 (2) dt.02-04-2015 2/2 simple in nature. Mohan Singh also got abrasion on left fore arm. Considering the fact that the occurrence took place due to land dispute and the injuries are simple in nature, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Barauni P.S. Case no. 224 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
