Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

60 piece bottles of Nepali country made liquor each bottle containing 300 ml are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner while petitioner was carrying the aforesaid liquor on motorcycle and for which petitioner is in jail custody since 10.7.2016. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and, as a matter of fact, he was caught by the police on mere suspicion and moreover, investigation against the petitioner has already been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
