JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 30-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in R.P.F. Mokama Post Case No. 01 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 3 R.P. (U.P.) Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna. As per written report petitioner was caught red handed with stolen articles of Railway by the RPF. The seizure list bears signature of the petitioner. Petitioner is also accused in R.P.F. Mokama Post Case No. 6 of 2019 under Section 3RP(U.P.) Act.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail stands rejected.
