JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State being assisted by the learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Saraiya P. S. Case No.203 of 2018, G.R. No. 1558 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 325, 354, 447, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering inordinate and unexplained delay of four days in institution of the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64957 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1st, West, Muzaffarpur in Saraiya P. S.
