The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant Circle Officer made allegations against the petitioner that the petitioner barged into his chambers, snatched his wrist watch and threw records on the table of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are false and concocted. No such occurrence has taken place. The petitioner demanded some information under the R.T.I. Act and, on such, this case has been lodged.

It appears that the Circle Officer made very specific allegations that the petitioner humiliated the informant, snatched his wrist watch and threw files on his table. Hence, I am not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49258 of 2014 (2) dt.06-04-2015 2/2 inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
